Dr. Wissam Tawileh is Section Head of Online Education Research and Development at Qatar University. He holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from Damascus University, an M.Sc. in Information Management from the University of Hildesheim, and a Ph.D. in Business Information Systems from the Technical University of Dresden. His research focuses on digital transformation in higher education, virtual mobility, internationalization, open pedagogy, learning analytics, responsible AI, and technology-enhanced learning. His current work explores the intersection of pedagogy, technology, governance, and societal impact in digitally transformed higher education systems.
