Nicole Draxler-Weber is a doctoral research associate in the Department of Organization and Information Systems at the University of Osnabrück. Her research focuses on digital transformation, with a particular emphasis on higher education teaching. She is especially committed to translating scientific knowledge into practice and pursues this goal through collaborative initiatives within the Digital Transformation Centre of Excellence. Prior to her doctoral work, Nicole gained professional experience as a consultant in the information and communication technology sector following her master’s degree from the Technical University of Dresden.
