Volker Reers is a computer scientist, cyber security expert and entrepreneur. He has held various positions and carried out numerous projects in the fields of cyber security and corporate development, and has been self-employed for several years. As founder and managing director of QSEIDON GmbH, a start-up focusing on cyber security solutions and secure software development for quantum computing, he supports numerous clients in innovative development projects. In collaboration with universities, he promotes the training of young professionals and academic teaching. In addition, he is involved in various organisations and committees on innovative technologies, including optimisation and simulation, artificial intelligence and quantum computing.
