Jelena Mitrović is a Research Group Leader at the Chair for Data Science, University of Passau. Her research focuses on NLP and Computational Rhetoric methods for solving a plethora of societal issues - hate speech and other abusive language phenomena; propaganda and populism detection; misinformation and disinformation detection.
