Dr Anja Maria Neubauer is a German lawyer and researcher specialising in copyright, data protection, and AI governance. Her doctoral research examined AI and authorship and developed the MATH–COPE framework as an interdisciplinary approach to human-centric AI governance. Her current research focuses on the operationalisation of legal, ethical, and societal requirements in AI systems and research data practices.
